Arnout Matthys was born in Ghent 1977, Received a license in Physical education in 2000 and a master in biomedical engineering in 2002. Currently he is a bursary researcher on 7’t framework Viactors Project, applying compliant actuators in an ankle/knee prosthetic system and exoskeleton.
