Assembly

 

In order to manufacture a beauty and simple robot, we decided that the robot will look like a Pikachu. The cubic shape is given to the Pikachu.
To make robot attractive, we covered by yellow paper, so the robot can be rapidly detected by the people:

 


 

 

Steps

 

The the components are soldered to the PCB according to the previously designed schematics.

 

Base, and supports are held together using cable fasteners.

 

The sensors, motors and batteries are put in their respective places.

 

The external parts (the eight faces) are fixed each other using tape and the internal parts, as motor support are fastened. To cover the robot, we used glue.

 

The PCB is attached to the top plate and connected to the components.

 

The µC is programmmed using the arduino software and the arduino board.
