Outer Box

Except for the door mechanism, all the parts of the outside box were glued to each other. The mentioned door is connected to the box by a hinge. Every part was laser cut and they are either made of MDF or Plexiglass, both from 3mm sheets.
The hinged door was the solution found to easily remove the cigarettes from the box without having to disassemble anything. Just by removing a lock it is possible to open the door and access the stored cigarettes. Since the bottom of the cigarette deposit is inclined the removal of the butts is easy and simple.
